May 28, 2009 (CAP Newswire) — The state of Minnesota recently ordered 11 Internet service providers (ISPs) to censor gambling sites in an attempt to comply with U.S. federal law. So far, a grand total of zero have complied, which could be a sign that they’re choosing to ignore the order. (Or, perhaps their legal teams are still reviewing the implications.)
