Cryptologic, an industry leader in software development for the online gaming market, have signed an exclusive licensing agreement, this time with Kurastica who do extensive business in the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Kurastica's parent company had established successful gaming businesses in Russia, the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Belorussia and other countries. Under the multi-million dollar deal they will use Cryptologic's software beginning in the first quarter of 2009.
