Interesting question, I had not such experience, but I know that affiliates cheat the Adwords when chenging they keywords untill the site is under the moderation.. Then they change their casino KWs back..But it works only for few days as I know.. If you have people who can follow iot and do it well, you can try.. And then write here about the results of your experiment..
