From years I heard Skrill have higher expenses.. neteller is thereby cheaper.. Skrill is not so well known as Neteller.. They also changed name from moneybookers.. This trick can work with Skrill too though, not tried so not sure.

For Neteller at least I know for sure – if you are existing and verified user, you can acquire NETELLER debit card which you can use for deposits/withdrawals/purchases.
So if you withdraw your winnings from some casino from example, indeed after the transaction is completed, the money can appear to your debit card within minutes, and you can turn them into cash from the closest ATM.
