I’m searching for hosting and web site hosting provider, would appreciate to hear opinions of people if you have.the thing is this (requirements):
1. this hosting provider needs to allow ANY type of content to be published in the web sites hosted by it, with no restriction of “offensive” or “provocative” information what so ever. (without any “good guys” who can simply make a decision one day to take down web sites hosted in it due to “not nice” information that is published in it and due to hidden personal interests of showing to everyone how nice people they are)
2. the hosting provider needs to allow access to the server including installation of database in it (mysql), ability to maintain many web sites with different ip addresses, and full access to it (can VM or not), preferably Linux OS and one that allows maintenance using putty or other remote access simply tool.
3. preferably one that allows a fast scale out option (for storage and network traffic)
Any information and recommendations would be highly appreciated.

I’ve never heard of a hosting service that allows any type of content to be published. But as far as everything else goes, I recommend hostgator and liquidweb.

Try Vidahost, but it would be better to comunicate with them before buying the service.

They are a very solid host. I’m not the sort of person who usually needs much as far as “support” goes, but when I do have an issue, they’re on it fast, with someone who knows what they are doing.
