Hey guys, hopefully someone can help. I’ve been trying to contact Skrill’s support for over a month with no response to any of my emails.
Is Skrill still a safe payment option? & are they still 100% operational?
I haven’t used them in a few months, but last I did there weren’t any problems. To my knowledge, they’re still up and running just fine. I still felt safe using them.
We use them for quite a few of our non-sterling affiliate accounts and have had no problems to date whatsoever.

You have to use their phone as in previous post, there my questions were answered, FINALLY!
I think, that custommer support is very bad at Skrill, as it´s such a huge company.I stopped using them a while ago after a check of mine didn’t show up in the mail. If you look online it has happened to a lot of people
I have to say, that I was solving 2 issues with my Skrill Card during last 3 weeks, and responses on my E-mails were quick and precise. Hope, that better times are coming
I’ve been a user of both Skrill and Neteller for years with the convenience of the debitcard.
I’m surprised you didn’t get a response from them via email, usually if I have an issue they respond within 24 hours, and even quicker if its during peak hours through the week.
