PPC Marketing for Binary Options (Facebook, Google, Bing etc).

Hello,

Does Facebook, Google and MSN allow PPC advertising running for binary options portals or actual binary brokers. I know they don’t allow ads for poker. Is it the same for Binary Options.

If so what are average PPC. New to the binary option market.
