Hi all,
I am wondering, what is good number of visitors to get daily/monthly.
I am wondering how many visits you all receive on your websites. And what might be the turning point from making some cash time to time and knowing that you always make some because you have a good amount of visitors.
Let me know what you think.

In my opinion making cash is not relied on the quantity of visit or visitor/day or month, it’s about the quality of the visitor and the website’s ability to convert the visitors.
We have websites with huge amounts of traffic but the conversion is smaller than some really good optimised to convert pages.
Do some testing and find out for yourself. Banner alone are not converting anymore. A brief catching description and a smart call-to-action button is needed.
Had a quick look at your website, I really like the name, I’m Gambler Heaven on Facebook so this Novomatic, Merkur online casinos, slots and bonus news is really cool.
Regarding the layout, it’s nice and clean and you should add call-to-action buttons under your banners.
Check your bounce rate. If it is too high, then try to improve you page(s) to get visitors to stay and start to play. 50%-60% is pretty good, but 80% and up, and your page really need to face some changes.
I will agree with Kononen and Pokerhawk. You should be more bothered about the quality of the traffic you are getting and not so much about the quantity. If you have quality content and your are driving quality traffic to your site, cash will follow. Bounce rate/Page views are good metrics that shows you how much interesting your site is for your visitors. Lower bounce rate and higher number of page views, means more chances to convert that traffic.
I sort of understand what the replies to your initial post are saying – but it’s not really the main answer.
How many visitors you need to make a good living depends on your channels (poker vs casino vs sports vs bingo vs forex), and the quality of your content to appeal to spending visitors.
While it’s “possible” to earn money with a small number of highly targeted and qualified customers, it’s very unlikely that your website will be a destination for quality traffic only. You will get a mix, and typically about 20% of your customers will be valuable.
If you create a good gambling site you are likely to get a mix of customers across the range
– some are looking to spend right now,
– some only want “freebies”
– some want to deposit for a good bonus

Again, I have not answered your question specifically, so I will provide one key metric from our sites that should give you a guide as to what you can achieve … our “average” monetisation per page read is around 7-9 cents.
If WE want to earn 70 cents – then aim for ten pages per month. Or 700 cents ($7) then aim for 100 pages a month.
You need to work out what your monetisation per pages is (work out YOUR total pages displayed this year and YOUR total income) and then you will have a guide as to how your site monetises, and what sort of volume you need to earn the income you want.

I has become very dificult to evaluate the number of real visit on a web as there are visited everyday by robots, visit from china, rusia … even for no english website. Why hundred of chinese visit my spanish web each month ? Maybe to copy everyting and translate it in chinese, to put a virus ? i dont know. Also a lot of visit try to find your wp press login. I have web with 1000 visit monthly and only 50 are real visit.
So what is a true visit ? I use awstat, because i don’t want Big G spying on me more than it actually do. I use 2 reference, first the number of visit by search engine and then by keyword. Keyword is more precise but is have been down in the last few month as it seems that google don’t give the keyword info on people who are logged their gmail account or other google service when they search online.
If you have a lot of revshare your income will also depend on how much time your are in the marked and how efective is your marketing, but if you use real visit by search engine as i just explain (avergaging both) and have a good marketing you can get 50 cent per visit on a long term basis for very targeted website on gaming. This is not true if you have a web on futboll info and result with betting banners, i speak about a web 100 % gaming oriented that cross sell betting, casino, poker …
Ive noticed a lot of chinese visitors, and not just to gambling site.. I wonder why so many chinese visitors to English speaking sites.

I suspect they are copying all your content to make the same web but in chinese or rusian, because most of us spoke those languages, we have no way to know that your web could have been copied and translate in those languages
