Sadly, it’s actually become reasonable to think trying to make money as an affiliate today is a lost cause.
It’s certainly forgivable to think there’s no room left… and that the big 6 and 7 and 8 figure affiliates will simply sweep up all the available sales and traffic.
NO DOUBT it’s tougher to make affiliate income work today compared to 5 years ago, and the competition IS reaching critical mass.
In a recent article I’ve read in CAP magazine about the Pokerlistings.com sale, I think that superaffiliates and huge affiliate website will crack in the future.
Here’s the silver lining though…
It’s not the size of the competition that’s the problem. That’s not what’s made it so difficult to earn a living online through affiliate marketing.
The issue is that nobody is really doing or teaching anything new…
Nobody seems to have caught on to the fact that people don’t behave the same way online, that they did 5-10 years ago.
… I mean ‘almost’ nobody.
I saw and we are also trying to implement a brand new and refreshing approach to affiliate marketing… this are truly ‘outside-the-box’ thinkers. Innovators in the gaming affiliate business.
The competition can’t keep up with them…
The audience loves their approach so choose to spend their money through them instead of others…
This been said, we intend to add more updates to our websites and prepare for the next big boom in the affiliate business, the mobile gaming era.
