It’s Official, Google Rolled Out Penguin 1.1

While so many folks were still trying to catch their breath from the original Google Penguin, over the course of this past weekend, Google Rolled out Penguin 1.1.

Apparently, they are considering Penguin 1.1 more of a refresh, rather than a full blown update. Straight from Matt Cutts on Fri. May 25th:

“Minor Weather Report: We pushed 1st Penguin algo refresh an hour ago. Affects <0.1% of English searches."

Anyone notice the refresh?
