hi CAP. It’s been a very long time I post here at CAP. the reason why i’m posting today is if anybody can help me out with SUNSET SLOTS CASINO not paying me on my legit win. i already talked to support many times in regards to this matter and they assured me that my winnings were legit and all I had to do was make the min deposit which I did. I tried to log in today and my account was locked. I have all prove on chats with support from this past 2 weeks. I’ll send you guys a copy if anybody want to see it. They assured me that nothing was wrong and everything. My casino id at SUNSET SLOTS is LEGIT
I can’t believe from so many years I’ve been in this business, i’m having problems as a player as well. Thanks guys. and always, CAP rocks! hope I get some help in regards to this matter. :hattip:

Well for starters i saw another post at another forum which i will paste here at the end.
I hope that your issue isn’t going to take the similiar root. If you look up the comments for sunset slots in google all is looking negativ.B carful with sunset slots casino, i hear alot about this from another forums. Heard that computers crashing after downloadin the software cause it posed a thread as norton triggered a warning. I also read this recently on another forum … i paste it here

Then if they own all 3, it has to shutdown one brand and i will think its the least profitabl one which is sunset slots. that will mean all deposits and if have withdrawals = all gone! if anyone knows any more it will be great to hear.”
Maybe try contacting Redflush & casino la vida and hopefully they will help you, if anything they might get alarmed and try to speed it up in the least haha.
Here’s is the issue i found about Sunset Slots not paying.. this looks very tedious from the sound of it alone.

With regards to this player, our Risk Department has found that the player has a previous history chargebacks and we have refunded the deposits immediately. As per our terms and conditions any withdrawal linked to fraudulent activity will not be paid

If they said after they reviewed my account and everything, they already said my witdraw was legit and i can cashout. How dare they cancel that after i did everything they told me to do. I spent so much time to cash out that small winnings. Small as in small potatoes. $200 and $25 was my deposit. This casino is dishonest as vegas frontier and those guys from 10 years ago when i posted here at cap.

April 17, 2012 at 4:05 pm #823610burundiMemberYou mentioned chargebacks a couple of times. Generally those players that make a chargeback when they lose, don’t get paid when they win. It pretty standard and I think most casinos have similar rules.

THIS IS THE CASINOS MISTAKE. trust me, if they told me earilier then I wouldnt even made the deposit.

Serious, they call themself a casino? No. The floor manager needs to get fired and the marketing team, i noticed lowered their no deposit money. I wonder why. Get real. If a paying player wins, just pay. Don’t make it worse.
