I’m pretty new to this site. I just started in the online casino biz. Been up for a couple of months. I have been building websites, content, etc. I just built an affiliate site. I now need a manager?
What is the going rate? Where do I find one?I anm not sure where you are going with this question.
Do you have your own offshore, online casino and you now want to start an affiliate program and you need a manager to run the program for you, or do you have a website in which you yourself are an affiliate with various online caisnos and sportsbooks and you need someone to work with your website?

I have my own offshore/on line casino. I have built the website for the affiliate program but I haven’t launched it yet. I’m looking for a manager. I’m not an affiliate.
OK, thanks for expanding on that. I am sure you will get some responce in here that might help you. Do you mind posting the name and url of your casino? Posting it in here would be a great start once your affilite program is up and running. I for one would like to check it out and even try a few hands of Black Jack or some Video Poker.

Just an FYI… a great place to look for potential Affiliate Managers would be LinkedIn. I see tons of job postings there for the industry all of the time!
Thx! I checked linkedin but they all have jobs. Not likely they would leave an established job for a start up job.

Why would you call an Affiliate Manager an “established snob”? If you’re looking to grow your team, it may be smarter to not have that kind of attitude…
Check the different Groups on LinkedIn. On the CAP Group, people post jobs for Affiliate Managers all of the time…

You would be surprised… If you are able to provide an Affiliate Manager a cool opportunity to build a program from the ground up and provide a competitive compensation package, there are established AM’s out there that may be interested…
Thanks! Any more advice on recruiting an up and comer or someone that wants to build something? What is the pay rate? is it commission? Salary? both? incentives?
Hey tar, it is a cool looking website you have there. Just F.Y.I you can go into your post with the typo and edit out Snob and replace it with Job. LOL, you might want to do that, Jill’s right, it doesnt look good.
