I recently put up a 1-page site on this domain just so I could get it indexed and to see how well it ranked naturally. It was on the fourth page for the term bingo hall when it was first indexed last week. I added an article and gave it some links from a few poker sites recently (they are not showing up yet) and when I checked the position today it was on the first page (9th position for me, 12th using a tool) for the term “bingo hall”, without the quotes.
It is just a one page site with a generic article I bought about bingo halls and a cheap logo I bought. The big jump in rankings really made me think twice about trying to sell it but I’d rather have some extra Xmas money than to jump into a unfamiliar industry. I listed this in the domain section because that is all it really is. The buyer would get the files and a few extra logos I had made of course but this isn’t a web site with traffic or revenue. It has received a little Google traffic but in the end it is just a domain with a homepage.
I’m basically just testing the waters. I will honor any BIN offer but I reserve the right to close this sale at any time and/or keep the domain if no BIN offers are made so this is not an auction. If that is against the rules or anything like that please let me know and I will have the thread closed or just change it.
