SUMMARY: This is essentially another statement stating that you have to perform actions stated in the contract or face termination.

Termination – Update
The Affiliate hereby agrees and acknowledges that any failure on its part to perform its obligations subject to this Agreement, including without limitation, any failure to obey any of the above policies, may allow the Company to immediately terminate this Agreement and with no further delay.
SUMMARY: This statement enforces all parts of the contract. It was probably not needed, but was (likely) deemed necessary by a lawyer.
