Bad experience with www.webrepairservices.co.uk (owned by Factotum Creative Limited)

Hi colleagues,

One of my friends submitted a link & paid for it at webrepairservices.co.uk on Jul-20th. They declare that links are published within the following 48 hours after payment, but nothing has beed published until this time. These guys don’t answer their phones or their e-mails, and my friend already pulled a chargeback at the credit company for the transaction.

Has anyone had any similar (or maybe positive) experience with this site or the company?
