Much of a recent Fox Sports article on the merits of online poker tournaments sounds like an ad for PokerStars’ upcoming SCOOP tournament — and it is — but, that aside, some great points are made about the kind of poker tournaments preferred by serious online poker players.

It’s the kind of info smart affiliates can use to boost their conversions: Fox Sports on the Benefits of Online Poker Tournaments

Nice article. I’m a bit amazed that Fox Sports (owned by the same guy who runs Fox News) is indirectly advocating online poker tournaments. Fox News, for those who do not know, are a super ultra-right wing conservative news organization, that was very pro-UIGEA, and usually denounces any sort of gambling-like activities. Perhaps the world is changing………

Yep, Fox is definitely starting to take notice of the story in the U.S.:

And don’t let Ruport Murdoch’s conservatism fool ya, he’s no stranger to the betting business. His Sky empire in the UK (and beyond) even has its own betting company, Skybet.

Interesting, Nathan. So the hypocritical Murdoch (& crew) are into betting, eh ? Simply, amazing, how hypocritical some people can be. Thanks for sharing that.
