Today, the much-speculated online poker bill being sponsored by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid was reported to be kaput. But the Nevada senator’s office quickly denied that report, stating the bill was still one. Click here to read more, and to get an overview of the incredible media attention paid to this story.
aaand now multiple sources are stating that Harry Reid’s measure to regulate online poker in the U.S. is officially dead, though the senator’s office doesn’t seem to have confirmed this yet. Still, it doesn’t look like there’s any way it could go forward, given recent events.
