    Hi all,

I’ve just recently started a website related to gambling. I was considering casino/sportbook affiliating as a revenue source.

I have a couple questions related to this:

    1) Can I have multiple affiliations on my website, or are you generally held to just one per site?
    2) Is affiliate marketing a profitable industry in general? I’ve read some of the T&C for some
affiliate programs and it seems that all havesome for of requirements, like minimum accounts that need to be signed up
or a minimum amount of money that needs to be played etc.
    3) How would this compare to just having Ads like Google Ads on my site as a revenue source (although I assume I can have both).

I realize some of my questions are relative to traffic etc, but I’m trying to get a feel for people that are already doing this, and
can maybe give me some insight, or tips. Tell me what I can expect or prepare for. Are any of you here making a sole income on affiliate
    marketing on your site?

Thanks for any information you can provide me.

    Regards.

You can have multiple affiliations. My advice is take a share revenue of players losses with no negative carry over deal. This does’nt require a minimum deposit and they are tracked to you for the lifetime of their accounts.

The earning potential is massive you just need alot of traffic to achieve this. Getting your first converted play can take a few weeks or months you never no. Just keep plugin away at getting your website seen to your target market.

Learn S.E.O and write your content for search terms on google etc.

The more affiliate programs you represent the merrier, it can’t hurt to avoid putting all your eggs in one basket. Pick the ones with the best conditions, and make sure they are not blacklisted. Google their names.

Casino affiliate markeing (and poker and sports) are the most profitable thing to do online, unless you market porn, that is likely just as profitable.

Affiliate programs should NOT have a minimum player requirement unless you make a CPA deal with them. I do not recommend CPA, you get a set amout per player that way, and you may get paid like $100 for a player that is worth thousands. I would use rev share from the start, takes a bit longer to make money but in the long run you’ll outperform CPA by miles and miles.

You can’t have google ads on a gambling site, if they catch you they cancel your account. Income from adwords is a fraction of what casino rev share is. A tiny fraction.

I have been doing this full time going on ten years. The first year I made hardly any money, and whatever I made I put back into the business. I still put a good portion back every month.

    some important advice!

    1. distribute your offers on several affiliate programs or pick one good affiliate network to close all the top deals for you
    2. get hybrid deals- CPA + rev share and you’ll get the most out of it…
    3. try cross converting on several verticals other than casino- bingo, slots, scratch.

i’ll be more than happy to assist you.
