Well looks like the trend continues I develop a site and within a year I sell it to work on something else.

I was going to wait till the next google update to put her up for sale because that usually seems to have a bump in ranking and traffic but who knows when google is going to do another update.

Traffic is fairly low at around 750 uniques this month and maybe a few signups I use the same links for different sites.

About the site its a big content type site there over 300 gambling strategy articles plus 15 reviews. The site is also on a custom cms.

Affiliate accounts not include but will consider including a couple if the price is right. And the $25,000 price is actually what I have invested in the site so far.
