I am happy to let you know that CAP now has a specific forum for resolutions to problems you may have with affiliate programs, whether they have a presence on CAP or not.
CAP has many years of history of successfully mediating between affiliates and programs, and I think it will make it a lot easier if we have a forum just for that. It will make it easier to follow, and you can come here and look at all the threads and see which programs had issues and whether they were resolved quickly.
For that purpose, to make it easier on your peers to find the program they may be looking at, please put the Program name and what sort of issue you are having in the title.
So you might call your post: programXXXX – payment issue
or: ProgramYYY – contact issue
and the like.
Please also be kind and post when the issue is solved, so we can mark the thread accordingly.

This is a good step. Affiliates as well as affiliate programs will benefit through this sub-forum. Maybe it’s also a good idea to allow affiliate programs to voice their issues with affiliates.
Programs are welcome to post here, too.
There are two sides to every story, and there are bad apples in the affiliate business, too.
I am all for calling out frauds on either side, frauds ruin the business for the rest of us.
Excellent move and excellent addition to the CAP website. A lot of affiliates, including myself, will find this very useful
