Will Google’s new “Reasonable Surfer” patent transform the existing rules of SEO? And if so, will that affect affiliate marketing? Read more here.

They have become over-engineered, with way too many people stirring the broth. I believe that they will start losing market share this year, and their demise will occur over the next couple.

Amen to that if that happens. I find Bing to be more stable and predictable. Google is too finicky. One day your site is indexed. And the following day it’s gone.

Precisely. They cannot get their act together, because their “system” has become over-engineered, and has become un-manageable. The “Keep It Simple Stupid” approach has avoided them entirely, and they will pay for it dearly, in the coming years.
