Olympics Domain

I’ve read a lot about Olympics domains and some of the cases of claim backs, yet I still see any amount of monster traffic sites with PR using these domains.

To put it bluntly, I have a seriously good one and would like advice on the best course of action to monetise it (developing or selling).

Experienced advice would be appreciated.
