    I apologize first for my english and grammar

    NOw back to the story, I started to promote some Casino Rooms which I made totally new, after the LAC in London where I met some Casino Manager.

    Also an Affiliate Manager called Meital Hillel ( female ) , we agreed on a Deal and i integrate the Casino “City Club Casino” into my site, wrote the review everything fine.

    Now i wanted to play at this Casino and see how it works, so i start to deposit 50€ with a 400% bonus , which I have to wager 20x , after that i deposit again 50€ and got a 100% Bonus again with 20x wager requirements.

    As i lost all time and also was bored i deposit over 100€ with a bonus . Same here no chance to clear the wager requirements.

    SO then I decided to deposit 500€ and send before that an email to the support ( as there was not support Button on the Client )

    And asked them in the email to dedcut my Bonus as i dont want to play with the 20x wager requirements anymore.

    I got no answer back and i was starting playing, and hit of course and won a small amount of 750€ and now i try to cash out ( of course nowhere it says how much u need to wager more to be able to withdraw , so u have no overview about this ) , i tried it several times and always it says, You cant withdraw as you dont me the requirements.

    After over 8 hours i got an email and they say , they blocked my account for further Bonusse.

    WTF !!!!!!!!!! 8 hours later

    I spoke to the Affiliate Manager and told her Im not accepting this , it cant be that a support is acting 8 hours later , she told me she will speak with the responsible person and come back to me.

    Ofc she didnt, after i threat with going public with the matter she say :

    [5:52:12 PM] Meital Hillel: Marc will email you, he is checking the issue
    [5:55:53 PM] Meital Hillel: you got an email
    [5:56:19 PM] XXXXX: which email
    [5:56:45 PM] Meital Hillel: whats your email address

    So , I looked to my email and got this as an answer

    On the 5th of March 2010 you opened a player account through your own
    affiliate link at Affeurope.com (affiliate username – ammo007)

    You deposited an initial 50 Euro, you then made a further 3 deposits
    which in total came to $1,056.43 and you proceeded to lose the vast
    majority of the balance.
    I must state that according to our terms and conditions Clause 5.6 it
    clearly states the following:

    ‘It is not permissible for an affiliate to become a player at any of
    AffEurope’s properties using their own links. Such a player will not be
    considered a referred player in their affiliate account And will be
    regarded as a fraud player. Furthermore an affiliate who attempts to
    play at one of our properties using their own links other than a
    preapproved test by AffEurope Will be in breach of our terms and
    conditions and we reserve the right to withhold both affiliate and
    player payments in this situation.’

    You have made open threats that you will go to Affiliate and player
    forums in regards this issue. I urge you for your own reputation not to
    do this as the decision that i have taken has been with the approval of
    the heads of several leading forums.

    After a complete investigation involving our head of Fraud and myself we
    have concluded that the betting patterns and the amounts were clearly
    not used as a test but to defraud the casino.

    The management at AffEurope have taken your claim that you signed up to
    test the casino as serious. Having investigated the matter i have no
    choice but to suspend your affiliate account with immediate effect.

    If you wish to continue playing at our casino you may do so but it will
    obviously not track under any affiliate user.

    I hope this clears up the issue

    I want to make clear, my point is not that i want my account reffered to me, Im complaing that the support didnt act in time ( 8hrs later) and i cldnt withdraw any money of my winnings because of that.

    What the hell is wrong with them ? CLosing my Affiliate Account
    Anyhow after that i found a bunch of players who are complaing of her Casinos all time. They dont pay players and they are the most shady Company i ever met.
    Im telling here what happen to me, so that before someone are starting to playing there is thinking double and triple before depositing any money into their Casinos.

    Her sites are Crown Europe Casino aswell and Welcome to AffEurope, The leading program for the modern affiliate. is her Affiliate program.

    Stay away from them !!!!

    We dont say on the site the support is live 24/7
    because of this there is the option to email support at hours that we
    are very busy,
    You were emailed back with in the required 24 hours – actually with in 8
    hours of the email.”

    Its an unfair post to say what you did about the casino Ahmet,
    Please do what is right and remove the best mate.

    Well, it appears you violated the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when you made the deal to promote the casino, by signing up under your own affiliate link when they explicitly tell you that you cannot do that. You agreed to those Terms and Conditions and I assume you would hold the casino responsible if the casino violated them just as they are holding you responsible for doing the same.

    Furthermore, they claim you have never sent them any players, which is at odds with your claim that you are promoting this casino. Have you sent them any depositing players?

    After you took the bonus and lost, you wanted out of the bonus program, which obviously is not fair to the casino. If you had won with the bonus I suspect you would have stayed in the program, no? The screenshot you posted advertises 24/7 support with a phone number, not an email address.

    Maybe I am not understanding the whole story but I don’t see how the casino did anything wrong.

    But If you wld read , you wld understand , that the LAC was in February !!! and that i was starting few weeks later to build a casino site , and put reviews, links , banner ect. inside

    So the Site isnt ready …. no traffic …and how wonder that means , there cant be any Player

    Back to the issue, it says 24/7 Online Support !!!! that means they claim that they have a online support and not a telephone support !!! can you see the difference ?

    So when no button appears and i sedn an email, and nothing happen…then ofc Im pissed off, as I couldnt withdraw my winnings ! thats for ” if you would win “

    And I never say anything that my account has to be reffered or tracked under me, but every trusted and normal Site wouldnt close your affiliate Account and dont give a statement about the primary things.

    Then they say ” i wldnt be good for my reputation if I make it public ” :tongue:, sorry guys, few people knows me and I think Im nearly always honest about traffic and rake (revenue) amount I can bring to the operators Im working with.

    So to close my account was so or so totally useless as I would so or so dont work with them anymore

    But I will not let them walk away with my money and when they do, I want to give them a bit more on the way. The can cheat her normal Players which are nearly helpless against such shady Sites Aff europe , City club and Crown Europe.

    Type into Google : City Club Scam , you will find a bunch of players and affiliates who are complaing and when you would go through all Affiliate Forums you will see there is much more stuff under the carpet about this Sites.

    I can give everyone the advise to no work with them as this is not a reputable Site at all.

    OK, I personally tested AffEurope casinos and everything was fine!

    Tested: With wager / without wager / small amounts and big amounts. All withdrawals arrived with no problems.

    So, I am sure you did something wrong….. hope you resolve it soon. :hattip:

    let me make that clear, the primary thing is that i didnt want a bonus and that there was no support ( support immediately contact me as i deposit the first time )

    After I win I cldnt withdraw , regarding wager requirements

    So after 8 hrs later , i got a message that they blocked my account for Bonusses , that is also fine.

    What is shady now is that I have to wait 8 hrs, as they claim 24/7 Online Support ( so in my eyes is there fault )

    Next point that i get really pissed off ( sry ) and I talked to my AM , she also needs more as 24 hrs to come back to me and then only : did he send u a message

    Instead of asking what happen , why you are not statisfied with the casino ( which everyone should do , especiall when u promote her brands ) he say, u play through your link…. BAM…. we close your affiliate account …….. BAM …….

    Is that the manner way , and then they want to say, i wanted to mae fraud….Im normally 100% Online Poker Affiliate and of course my account are tracked to me ( which was never a problem ) but if they have a problem with that, they cld say, we have reject your account from your affiliate account …… its ok for me

    But in the same breath it has to come, may I know why you are not happy with the product ???

    Thats for me the right way instead of saying my reputation will go down when i post this …instead of finding a solution .

    The item you circled in red does not say 24/7 Online Support. It says 24/7 Live Support and provides a phone number, which would indicate to me that in order to receive the 24/7 support you need to call the number. I do see a link at the top of the page that simply says “Support” but that doesn’t say 24/7 or “Online”.

    I’m just reading what you posted and I am pretty sure I know how to read even though I recently became a member here. I’ve been working in email affiliate marketing for years as an affiliate and I do understand the issues affiliates often have with the advertisers they work for. Granted, this niche is relatively new to me, only having begun email marketing for casinos a month ago, but I fully expect many of the same issues I see on the non-gaming offers.

    In any event, I really do hope you get things worked out.

    Live Support measn for me – that the Support workers are Live online and im not calling a Israelic Number and paying a bunch of money for a call that they do her work. Im already paying them when I play there.

    Anyhow , I didnt ask what you are doing, I say its very suspect … normally all guys went first to say Hi to the rest of the community … and not going to the scam section to say: Hey, the Provider is right …especially not when the Net is full of complaints against her Affiliate site and the Casino Site .

    I agree that it makes more sense to have the support online so you don’t have to call the number, but nevertheless, you chose to advertise this casino. You could have picked one with a different support system, right? I don’t claim to know more than anyone else about online casinos, but I do understand what it means to abide by Terms and Conditions, and how important that is to both the affiliate and the casino. It was also clear to me upon looking at the screenshot you posted that the casino does not offer “24/7 Online Support”. That term isn’t even on the page. You can’t ding them for not giving you something they never agreed to give you, right?

    I wasn’t looking for an argument. I was trying to help you understand why they were taking the position they did.

    You can be as suspicious of me as you’d like. You can also ask Warren to verify everything I have said about what I do, as he and I have met in person several times and have a good working relationship.

    These statements are very true! Avoid these guys at all cost, I have a big whopping story to come out shortly.. Just been very busy recently and have not had the time to expose them for there tactics and what they do/are

    You actually dont read what I write ….. sounds even more for me that you are a guy from them, I say after i complaint they close my afff account, but they did know that i will play at the Casino at thi sPoint it was right for them, after complaining it wasnt right anymore….and even if u are blind u have to see and all others, that they are searching for a reason to do nothing

    A good provider is trying to care about his customer…they dont care. They close your accounts and threat you with your reputation will go down if you make it public.

    And if you know the Pope in person…tbh …who cares ???

    I know you have been a long time webmaster and are well known among the forums. I have read a few comments about you sharing with the community about some issue you had with Aff Europe.

    Would you care to elaborate? – Its of importance to me since I am in the process of possibly deciding to work with them.

    I put it on hold for now – but still would like opinions from webmasters.

    Any pointers or suggestions are welcome either here GPWA Pal or AGD.
