Squaring off against Massachusetts legislators, the PPA hopes to make that East Coast state the first to legally define poker as a game of skill — and that other states will follow its example. Read more here.
The best time to prove this argument, is during time of fiscal crisis…..i.e., now ! Although there are reasons for it happening in MA, I would have started my assault in either NY or CA, which are the fiscally-most cash-strapped states……but, this is surely a good start.
