Whether or not California actually legalizes and regulates online poker and other forms of Internet gambling, its neighbor (and the United States’ most gambling-friendly state) Nevada doesn’t seem likely to do the same. Click here to find out why.

It’s hard for me to fathom why most Las Vegas casinos wouldn’t jump on the Internet gambling bandwagon. Surely, it may effect the local gate somewhat, but it would allow them to broaden their reach considerably. Not sure why only Harrah’s is the only one behind it, unless there is more than meets the eye. Are there clandestine meetings being held at the Federal level that promise more than a state-run online operation ? Are some of these casinos just old school, and missing the big picture ?
