California and NY are the 2 states that will be going belly-up first this year, so they should certainly explore all revenue-generating options. However, I still don’t think you will see anything materialize at all this year, until after the November elections. All Congressman seem to be worried about their jobs these days, especially after the recent Republican senate victory in Massachusetts.
