Its getting old having to come in here everytime I need help with somehting then you guys are right on it… so here we go… ask me or better yet read my emails I continue to send time and time again with no response.
January 7, 2010 at 2:59 pm #807166AnonymousInactiveNever got any emails from you Mark, so don’t know what your issue is.
You’ve had my email address for I don’t know how long, so if you don’t send me something I don’t see how you can come in here and say I’m unresponsive.
Send me an email… nyap[at]casinocoins[dot]com
January 8, 2010 at 1:10 am #807197AnonymousInactiveIts your web “support” I should not have to do anything and have to dig up your email everytime I need a question asked. The system should work and obviously it does not. What about the affiliates that dont have your email or dont use CAP?
My question is about your payment system.. I changed to check (a option that shows its available) and I wanted to be sure I was going to get paid and when.
As far as your email I have had.. I had suffered about 3 major hard drive crashes in the last 2 years. I have no hard copy of anyones emails
January 8, 2010 at 1:35 pm #807215jackybetMemberThis has been a growing trend regarding Casino Coins and “if your going to get paid, and on time”….. That’s never a good sign for a company in this business.
I have always been paid very fast with affiliate speed pay with Casino Coins.. Now this is no longer an option and pretty much having to change over to Checks myself I also asked Sabrina yesterday to insure payments where going to be sent “as per policy” before the 10th.
I think Sabrina and Nick are good people, Hell I would buy them both a drink but they do seem to have some serious internal problems on payouts. To there credit Sabrina said they will get sent out around the 10th and they have only had 1 previous month where things was delayed from switching to a different processor.
I would really love to promote them harder then what I do but until they can prove to me they are “as in the company” going to be responsible and insure payments are sent out when due I will continue to tread lightly with them. It’s a shame as they offer some of the best casino games on the web.
Just my 2 cents.

January 8, 2010 at 3:26 pm #807220AnonymousInactiveJust as an aside, I have always received my checks like clockwork, except for the few months when checks were not available as an option. I have always found Nick responsive to my questions. FYI, both parties should check Spam folders – you will be amazed at how some emails make it to that bin sometime, and not others — spam detection algorithms are flakey at best.
January 8, 2010 at 3:26 pm #807221AnonymousInactiveHi Mark,
On our site and through our form there is a dropdown option for both Sabrina and I. If you were not having any luck with the general support form and didnt have my email address, you could have used this to contact me directlly. The contact form has a very high spam filter as this is a public box and enormous amounts of spam come through it, so sometimes emails get lost in the mix. We added the option on login to email both Sabrina and I directly and this option is available to all affiliates who are logged in to their Coins account. Both Sabrina and I make ourselves very available to our affiliates, whether through email, CAP, GPWA, MSN, Skype or through the online form.
Regardless Mark, I have checked out your account and everything seems good to go. A check will be mailed out to you next week.
As for AK’s comments, I don’t know where you come off saying we have some sort of internal payout problems. In the 3 years I have been with Casino Coins we have NEVER missed a scheduled monthly payout. Yes there have been times when payouts are delayed by a week, but we always get the payment out. The odd affiliate may slip through the cracks, whether because they changed their payment method after we pulled the schedule or whatever, but when that is brought to our attention it is dealt with accordingly. When we lost Speed Pay, we obviously had to make alternate arrangements to pay our US aff’s, so this slowed down payments, but it was rectified and everyone was paid. When we had changes to our banking to US aff’s things were delayed; however, we still and always have paid our affiliates.
Payments for December will go out as per schedule next week. Just to clarify, our policy for payouts as noted on our website says that payments will be processed (meaning for checks and wires sent to the bank for processing) by the 10th business day of the month. This does not mean the 10th calendar day, but the 10th business/working day and does not include weekends. E-wallets will be received between Mon-Wed next week, Checks and Wires by end of next week.
If anyone has any further questions or concerns about payments, feel free to contact me by email, MSN, Skype, CAP, GPWA, or the online form under Nick Yap.
Thanks,
NickJanuary 8, 2010 at 5:36 pm #807228AnonymousInactiveHave never had a problem receiving payments from coins, using wire with them now and payments always come thru around the 15th, sometimes might be a day or 2 late but there always there. One of the few programs that i dont have to worry about with getting paid.
P.S. Nick you or Sabrina going to be in London?
January 8, 2010 at 7:16 pm #807236AnonymousInactiveNever had a payment issue with Coins either.

NickThanks Nick.
I sorta understand the fact what your terms and conditions say for payouts. I also understand a majority of programs have you your check or payment in your hand within the first 7-10 days of the month. This would make casinocoins.com 2 full weeks + behind most programs if you want a bankwire or check.
I also want to advice You Nick listed on your terms and conditions shows that checks are processed within 10 days and is excluded from the 10 business thing. Probably a typo that needs fixed.
How often do I get paid?
You will receive commissions every month (calendar month) where payments are processed every 10th of the following month. What are your methods of payments? The following methods of payments are available to affiliates:
Wire Transfer – The minimum payment is $500 and takes 5 – 7 business days
Neteller – The minimum payment is $50 and takes 2 – 3 business days
Affiliate SpeedPay – The minimum payment is $50 and takes 2 – 3 business days
All of the above payment methods will be processed on the 10th business day of the following month.Does not mention cheques.
I’m OK with this, however that’s where part of my post regarding the “internal issue comes from”.
Per speculation, nothing personal, and hope to see ya in London my friend.
Best Regards
Alan
