We’re having a problem with our hardware at the moment.
We are trying to work out the problems tonight and hope it will solved shortly,
While this is occurring the new tracking links will not work.We are very sorry for this inconvenience and hope all will be resolved quickly.

I am happy to report that the tracking links are working. We were able to resolve this during the night, but there is still some problems with log-in to the portal. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will update you throughout the day.

From 8:30 AM GMT there will be a 3 hour downtime on the Euro Partners site.
This will affect the banner server and there will be no access to the Euro Partners portal.

Sorry I didn’t get a chance to post earlier in the weekend.
The EP site is back up and fully functional.
The banner server was back up on Thursday night as well as the portal.
Stats have all been updated and we seem to be back on track.
Sorry for all the inconvenience this might have caused anyone and we really appreciate your patience in this matter.

We have been experiencing problems with the stats reporting on the EP backend since early November 2009.This has been reported to our Acc Manager along with screen shots etc and to date its still not resolved!!
Each time we ask for an update, we are being told that there is no time frames on how long it could take to fix….Apparently, your tech guys have more important issues to take care of :sarcasm:
Can you please follow up on this? 2 months have lapsed and still waiting…
