Keyword list compilers

I am looking around for sites to generate vast number of keywords and place them in txt or xls files. For example lets say I want to find all keywords related with ‘wagering’ followed by their sub kw’s. Anyone know anywhere to find these kind of tools and fere ones are always appreciated.
