  eToro is fully regulated by the NFA. In order to meet the NFA compliance requirements which are different from Europe, eToro accept USA traders at http://www.etorousa.com

  USA compliance is also different in terms of marketing and marketing materials from the rest if the world.

  That’s why affiliates who wish to promote us in the USA need to get our pre approval before launching their campaign.

  The approval process is quick and easy and is needed in order to make sure the campaign meets with USA regulation. Once the campaign is approved all USA marketing materials will be added to the partners affiliate account.
