If you were going to sell off your entire network, domains and aff accounts, what kind of x times monthly earnings would you sell out at? I am mulling the idea.
I don’t know what the market bears today – but just me personally – I wouldn’t sell for less than 2 year’s income. Personally I would wait til it is back up to that, if it is not currently possible.
That said, I do not know what the current market value is.
Depends on a lot of things IMO. Mainly the history of income – has it just peaked, or been steady over years? Is the traffic for the websites constant etc.
I usually pay 10-12 months of income when I buy websites in this industry. Sometimes less – it is a high-risk industry due to the political focus.

I agree with pokerboy. I would pay up to a year if it was well established, and had constant revenue. The reason is that you never know how the market will turn, or the programs either.
Best of luck to you, and i’m sure that if you wanted to sell you could find someone to pay a decent price.
If you are interested, send me some info on your sites and how much you are looking for.
To base estimations, I focus on the number of signups in the past months and/or the established income.
New spiking income is worthless since it can dissapear as quick as it came. It can come from a few bigger players and they can stop playing.
As you’re selling the affiliate accounts as well; if I was a buyer, I’d be wanting to see the last 3-4 months traffic patterns, rankings and income and would pay a multiple of between 6x monthly net earnings and 24x monthly net earnings. Depending of course on what I saw in the numbers.
I’d also be looking at the sustainability of traffic – so if you are a big link buyer, my thoughts would be one thing, but if all your link juice is from 6 year old domains, then I’d be more confident in your offering.
