Guest Affiliate Manager – Posting Rules
Guest affiliate managers are those affiliate program representatives who are not paying sponsors of CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com. As such, Guest affiliate managers will not be entitled to all of the benefits that a listed program receives when they sign up for an advertising package at CAP, though they will still be allowed to post to the forums with limited access.
Guest Affiliate Managers are permitted to come to the forums and take part in discussions as well as respond to threads that are targeting them or the company they represent, but they are not permitted to post non press-release promotional material. This includes direct announcements of new casino’s, payment updates, etc. Any press releases from a guest affiliate manager should be posted in the iGaming PR section, and nowhere else.
If a guest affiliate manager posts an inappropriate thread, their thread will be moved and they will be notified via PM. If such actions persist, infractions may be assigned. What is an example of an inappropriate thread?
The below threads are inappropriate if posted by a guest affiliate manager- “Just to let you know, all of our affiliates have been paid today!”
- “Come check out our Casino, we’ve changed the colors!”
- “xxxx Program is offering a 40% rev-share for 2 months!”
What is an example of an appropriate thread?
- PR material posted in the iGaming PR section
- participation in a thread, without blatantly spamming or taking a thread off course with program mention.
As seen below, you can clearly see the restrictions that a Guest Affiliate Manager will have in comparison to a Listed Program Manager:
