I recently had a terrible experience with one of Club World Casino “Aladdins Palace”. I deposited $500 there with AMEX (did not take any kind of bonus). I sent them back all their authorization forms and documentation. I got my balance up to $4300 playing slots and then 2 days later I was locked out of my account. I received an email from their manager “Tom” that they voided all my winnings, didn’t return my deposit and closed account because they stated that I previously charged back something from Ewalletexpress.

First of all, what does ewalletexpress have anything to do with my AMEX deposit and every one of the transactions I previously made at club world casinos were authorized and paid from checking account (3 years ago). Previously, I’ve lost thousands of dollars at these casinos. The circumstance with Ewalletexpress was from a few years ago and did not concern Club World Casinos. I don’t know why they even brought this up. It is just an excuse for this casino to literally steal thousands of dollars and not pay people. I cannot even believe that this casino is accredited and I may pursue legal action given the fact that there is no protection for people who deposit their money at casinos and then are not paid. They are not regulated and follow their own rules and standards. This should be a warning to those people who play at so called “reputable” casinos, because they have no laws to answer to.

let me get this straight: a while ago you deposited with ewalletexpress, lost the money and then initiated charge back to recover your losses. and now you made a deposit, won some money and a casino won’t honour your winnings because of your prior history? ever tried finding a job with a criminal record in your history?

talk about bad karma dude. i don’t see why you are even bitching…you srewed them once and now they screw you.

as far as you are concerned, casinos share data on fraudulent players so you can pretty much give up on your online gambling career.

    Hi DebbieK,

First, chargebacks are a BIG No-No if you plan to continue gambling online. Online casinos try their best to avoid chargebacks at all times. It not only hurts them financially, but it makes them look bad with their processors and could cause them further problems. Usually a casino would rather work out something other than taking a chargeback, if it’s reasonable to do so.

Second, if this is a recent situation with your winning at Aladdin’s Gold, and getting your account locked, the last thing you want to do is to come straight to public forums and accuse them of not paying without first trying to work this out with them. All that can do is piss people off further.

I believe that CWC Group is a top notch group, trustworthy, professional, and very reasonable. I don’t say that as an affiliate only, but as a player also. I also think that if you have a worthy reason of some sort, to explain the previous chargeback. And if it really did not have anything to do with this group and no monies were charged back to them, and you tried to explain your case with them, they’d be very fair in their final decisions. But coming here right away is not the best way to have it resolved in your favor.

If I were you, I’d take a deep breath, and try talking to Tom Monday and explaining the past completely. It can’t hurt. Remember you get more bee’s with honey then with vinegar.

First of all, there were never any chargebacks to Clubword casino. They would not be able to prove or show there ever was. Things happen to people including fraudulent charges, identity theft, etc. where innocent people are victims. That was the case with ewalletexpress. I hope that everyone out there has ALWAYS had legitimate charges on their credit cards, etc. because not everyone is so lucky. If you walked into Sears department store and purchased something with your credit card, they would NEVER say to you that I see you disputed a charge from Penny’s three years ago and therefore we will charge you for this but not give you the merchandise. That is in essense what Clubword did.

Aladins casino from Clubworld would have gladly taken the $500 if I lost. Period. They took my money anyway and I won. Also, they first told me they would pay thru ACH and to provide banking details. Then they told me they could only pay thru ewalletexpress. Because of the situation in the past with Ewalletexpress, clubworld found it easier to just not pay at all. If clubworld had any kind of problem with me, then they should not have allowed me to open an account and deposit my money. They allowed both in good faith and then decided to operate as thieves. They never once contacted me by phone to discuss the situation, but rather chose to send an email. I told their customer service numerous times to call me to discuss and they used the excuse “there is a time difference”. This is the lowest level of professional behavior. I am a professional in a large pharmaceutical company for the last 14 years. We do not conduct business this way which is why the company is so successful.

Also, I play frequently at many of the Mainstreet group casinos. They have always paid and never used an excuse that I had a history with Ewalletexpress and because of this they will close my account, keep deposit and not pay winnings. That is the difference between “reputable” casinos.

Hi all, thanks for everyones comments on this and for Hodgey for bringing it tom my attention.

DebbieK, as this seems to date back before my time I will have to dig out some information on this and get back to you with a full explanation of whats going on. I am sure there is a perfectly reasonable explanation and can assure you we are not a rogue outfit.

As with all casinos we try to protect ourselves as much as possible with regards to chargebacks so if this is a case of an error or overreaction on our part then I am sure we can iron it out pretty quickly. However, we must look at all the facts first.

Leave this with me and I will report back once I know more.

    Warmest Regards,

    Martyn

    Well well well, Hi Debbiek.

After some substantial investigatative work and with the help of Inspector Clousoeau (Tom) we have managed to unravel this sticky web.

You not only charged back all your eWallet deposits but also managed to extort thousands of dollars from the previous casino manager by threatening to chargeback your credit card deposits. After a wire transfer was sent, you proceeded to charge them back anyway.

Given this history there was no question of paying out on the duplicate account.

Debbiek, you have Toms email address from when he contacted you about this issue, but as of this time, he has no reply.

    Warmest regards,

    Martyn :hattip:

So Martyn i believe you guys won’t accept Debbiek to have the butter and the money from the butter :3eyes: ?

Debbiek this is sad but i believe this is how things work. As a lot of other previous post before, i want to confirm that Casinos share fraud databases and some private company specialised even themselves on Fraud for entire software company and provide it to casinos as a bonus so for example cheat on 1 playtech then all of them have you as a cheater, and even though they have this bonus it is sometimes a manual process for casino to go through each accounts one by one, so when you get 1000s of players registering sometimes, it may take them few days before getting to a new fraudulent or duplicate account before closing it.

But for you at least be happy you were able to still gamble before getting caught.

    ;-)
