    Hi My Dear AffilIATES,

    PLEASE READ THE EMAILS BELOW AS WELL AS THEY ARE PROOF WHAT YOUR DEALING WITH NOW

    They thought i would go away and die and let this lie but i wont so here goes everything for you to see that.

    They bought me on to bring you guys in and then after just 4 weeks they told me to go.

    We were not fired as you have been told they just let us go.

    Below is my story and the response i got from there MD and men in charge because i mailed my affiliates to tell them about how
    we had been treated they did not pay me my salary and left me homeless see below i was disgusted. you can read the
    mails below and post them if you’d like they are rouged.

    we worked to get them off Casino mesiter and got the best banner placements for them and
    then they did this.

    I want you to remove their advertising and cost them like they have me.

    I hope all of you follow this and post this everywhere. Please Do i want their lives ruined like they did mine.

    I hope you all go well in your future business dealing but please don’t get into bed with these whores you’ll lose everything!

    HI Jonathan,

    First my apologies for contacting those 2 affiliates.

    I will mail them both a retraction if you like or want.

    I do want to make you aware of my situation and why i did what i did and hopefully you will be companionate enough to understand.

    I was employed to do a job and i did that very well , I had contacted all my affiliates as well as your entire base and got them all to give
    Golden Lounge maximum exposure.

    I put my head down and worked so hard and was so excited about my move to Cape Town from Johannesburg and working for Golden Lounge.

    Then i get a call out of the blue to say that I have no more job.

    I had already signed a new lease in Cape Town and a deposit , I had sent all my furniture and belongings as well as my clothing Down 1 day before i got told.

    My fiancee resigned from her job as well.

    I also bought a lap top on the basis the company would pay the instalments each month.

    Now i find myself with No Job, No place to Live , No salary , all my stuff in Cape town as well as my fiancée being without a job or salary because of this i cant even afford to return it to Johannesburg.

    I was very frustrated and very cross and that is why i mailed them . I am not a malicious person and don’t want to cause trouble.

    I only want what is owed to me and what is fair.

    I really hope you can find it it your heart to understand this and can also arrange for me to get what is owed.

    I was not even given the correct 1 month notice only 1 day and now i have nothing and am close to living on the streets.

    I also had to borrow clothes to go for an interview.

    How would you feel? would this situation not make you ill and want to have your say?

    I also was planning my wedding to take place this year and now i cant afford that so my fiancee also has to suffer for what has happened.

    I am sorry jonathan but I have nothing now and just want to get my self dignity back please can you arrange for me to get what i am owed?

    Yes actually I do understand that you are upset, but your reaction is totally over the top.

    Firstly from a personal perspective signing a contract which you did, with one months notice, means that you could be let go with 30 days notice (normally this is paid on normal payroll). Nothing odd there, if you have any bad feeling toward that I would speak with kamiel whom I have cc’d. I have read the rest of your email and although sad, it isn’t our problem, but your actions are.

    I’d be fine helping you out but after reading your contract and reading that as you put it “we owed you money” and were “thieves” I take that as break of contract and sadly we wont be paying. Theses comments are recorded should you need copies. Obviously you haven’t had a real job before otherwise you wouldn’t be demanding monies immediate – once again this is something I think you should discuss with Kamiel as he brought you in.

    Your personal situation is sad but your actions after the event are very unprofessional and I think that your actions confirm the company decision.

    Let me know if you want to discuss further, but please keep this to email rather than friends on a public forum.

    To all Affiliates,

    Golden Associate who represent Golden Lounge Casino would like to make clear their position regarding previous employee Miles Sax.

    Ordinarily we would not comment on any individual and do not want to be drawn into a debate on this matter however we understand that some affiliates may be confused so below you will find our view on the matter.

    Miles Sax was employed by Golden Associate to recruit and manage affiliates. On Thursday 5th March the decision was made to restructure the affiliate department which meant that Miles was let go.

    On Tuesday 10th March we received notification that Miles had been contacting affiliates saying not to trust us and that we were ‘thieves’. The decision was taken that Miles was in breach of his contract for gross misconduct and his contract would be ceased with immediate effect. He had already been paid for every day that he worked up to and including 5th March.

    We regret Miles’s action and want to assure all affiliates that major changes have occurred in the last 8 weeks which have included new marketing, affiliates, payments and fraud teams. We are working tirelessly around the clock to improve the site for affiliates and players alike.

    Excuse me Duncan, but the only “REASON” i signed up with your company was because you had MILES and KAMIEL as your affiliate managers. And if i have to decide who to believe in this situation, You will Lose.! I have known Miles for 6years, and Kamiel for three, both are honest, trustworthy, and without a doubt respected. So if Miles says you screwed him, then thats exactly what happened!

    Please comment on the fact that he moved cities and that his girlfiend gave up her job, only for him to lose his job. From what I can see you decided to let him go after he moved for the job.

    Seems to be a pattern with some newly started programs these days – hire well respected, experienced aff managers with lots of contacts, let them sign up as many affs as possible, and then let them go.

    Miles sax is one of the better aff managers in the industry if they can’t even treat their staff right they sure as hell won’t treat any of their affiliates right 90% of affiliates would have worked with miles over the years and know him personally. If miles was telling affiliates why he was working for Golden Associate they where thieves I would take his word for it and pull all banners. It’s about time he grew some balls and sent an email out like this he should have done it at Grand Prive and we would all be a lot better off.

    Duncan I understand that your just the messenger so I will not shout and yell at you for the treatment of Miles but I would like to ask that you send our last months earnings to him please as he needs it more then we do, this is public and proof that I asked for it to be done so there should be no issues with your bosses doing so. :hattip: Please confirm when you have wired him the money, it isn’t much but I am sure it will help.

    Aff managers need to do something about that, I am not sure how exactly they can protect themselves but IMO they should be discussing this at GAP.

    First they take his job from him, not from any wrong doing of his and without any notice. Then as his life is in shambles, they declare breach of contract AFTER taking his job, so to not have to pay him the 30 days they owed him?

    That’s disgusting.

    Jonathan/Golden Associates/Golden Lounge…….. I don’t know how you can sleep at night.

    I only had Golden Lounge banners up because of Miles and Kamiel. And they’ve been pulled, and will never go back up as long as Miles remains unpaid. IMO he should be paid his 30 days AND some since they knew of his move and expenses when they decided to let him go.
