This domain name expired on 2009-04-05.same here. came in to post that. they can now break their sysadmin’s leg or something…
I have call ther office and told ther support to tell it quickly to some one before it will be 2 late!!!how this happen?

We are busy with renewing the domain and it will be back up shortly.
Sorry about this, the renewals are done normally a month before they expire.
How this can happen ?

Lately this program has made some stupid technical mistakes, I wonder who is responsible for the tech stuff, must be a very modest guy.
Player retention is also decreasing very fast.
Sorry for being so negative, but for me it is what I see and experience lately others may have different experiences.
I never get replies to my questions unless I happen to see Conrad online on MSN when ask for it.
If i do not see progress on retention starpartner casinos have lost the last chance on my sites.

My host automatically let’s me know 3 months in advance before domains expire.
Just totally stunned! I cannot speak for others but I myself am not thrilled with Star Partner as of late… :sarcasm:
I hear you totally bonusstreak. I was promised payment today – apparently staff are working late on it but so far no payment. The last 3 months have been like this, which I know is not usual, but it is getting really old.
Payments are important for us to arrive on time and there is no real justification that the new auditing software is not working. I think they can easily test that to ensure it is fine prior to now.
I’m trying to be patient but am seriously considering pulling banners unless they get it together and fast. It is just not acceptable at all.

Well I have no complaints on the payments those are always paid. I know it is Passover as well right now so give them time to get back after the holiday on the payment issue but the .com sorry someone there really dropped the ball….
10 Days Later and it still hasn’t been renewed… If you guys can’t afford $7 to renew your domain, I can probably donate a little
Seriously though, progress report please. This obviously isn’t just a matter of forgetting to renew… I’ve owned many hundreds of domains with a lot of different registries, and I’ve never had one out of operation so long…
I refuse to change my bookmark to .eu unless you give a better explanation why your .com is still disfunctional
