The password retrieval facility at CC appears to be non-working. I’ve used it but nothing received.

Hey Rob,
I just tested the password retrieval and it does work.
You have to enter the same email address as the one that is in your profile… also, check your spam box as it may have gone in there.
Shoot me an email if you are still having problems and I can reset the password for you.
