Hi there Adam,
First off, welcome to CAP.
I’m already an affiliate of SilverOakCasino.Com, and was just recently following up some ‘links to other RTG’ sites that players have mentioned as having a bad reputation (Silver Oak being included within this list).
I’m guessing the reason for this is that all of the following (and probably more) have the same mention that…
“All financial transactions are processed by Emoney Processing Ltd., 2a-3a Bedford Place, SO15 2DB Southampton, United Kingdom, owner of this website, and the charge will appear on your statement as {whichever casino}, SOUTHAMPTON.”
Therefore as an advertiser wanting to only promote sites with a good reputation AND only those I have affiliate relationships for ALL their brands (not just one that they then send all the players to their ‘other’ properties later and close down the program for the one they’ve used affiliates for!) – I have a couple of questions (and rather concerns that hopefully you can address)..
QUESTION 1: Relationship of these to others with same Cash Processing
Can you please tell me what the relationship is between Silver Oak and all the following sites which either have NO AFFILIATE PROGRAM or just a ‘COMING SOON’ ..Captain Jacks Casino Xwww.captainjackcasino.com
Cat’s Eye Casino: Xwww.catseyecasino.com
Lucky Palm Casino: Xwww.luckypalmcasino.com
Pharaohs Gold Casino: Xwww.pharaohsgoldcasino.com
Planet 7 Casino: Xwww.planet7casino.com
Ringmaster Casino: Xwww.ringmastercasino.com
Royal Ace Casino: Xwww.royalacecasino.comQUESTION 2: If these are all part of the same “group” / owner..
Then when will the affiliate parts be set up for these other sites.I know that I, and other CAP members I’m sure would be very appreciative of a full and honest answer, particularly if there’s some ‘history’ to consider.
At the moment all the “other” sites mentioned above (non Silver-Oak) sites are auto-spammed on my sites but having seen this ‘link’ with the others I’m now considering (at least temporary) removal of Silver Oak and will do so within 48 hours pending your response.
Sorry for all the questions right off, but they seem to be ones that are causing negative discussions in forums as far as I can see.
Best regards always,

short story = a couple of guys in Vancouver were in an odd position for a company they worked for and wanted to get something going on their own. We had a lot of contacts in the “industry” and we heard a rumor about a set of casino brands that were essentially dead in the water because of the passing of its CEO/Owner.
We were all coming towards a big shift in our business and saw our HQ move from Vancouver elsewhere and didn’t really want to move to the cold frigid wastelands of the East and when the opportunity presented itself to grab Mister Clouds old Crystal Palace casinos we almost tore RTG’s arm off.
And thus, now we are with a new company formed and trying to build Silver Oak Casino as a brand new product.
All liabilities from the old Crystal Palace were not undertaken and as far as I know all balances were paid out to players and affiliates alike before we assumed control of it.
As for the cash processing we actually use an array of a few other companies in the business that don’t ‘own’ us per se but we need that right now to run our business. We are developing relationships with as many processing companies right now to stabilize the deposit/withdrawals and plan for the events that always happen such as a processor getting heat from certain governments/ruling parties in which their business is run.
Darnit…. this was supposed to be the short story. I guess the shorter story is “we were given the old casinos and we’re brand new management, executives and CSR staff”. All in all, a new company from Crystal Palace and yes, Mister CLoud did pass away and his ghost is not running this outfit.
We also just deployed out new casino today at http://www.silveroakcasino.com – usability and customer satisfaction is key. You’ll see that the site looks amazing and its a testament to the direction in which we’re moving our business:
Customer satisfaction & player experience.
Please send anymore feedback to me personally – adam [at] acerevenue.com or PM or drop a thread reply on this bad boy of a message.
As a new company there will always be glitches and we’re always working on fixing things and understand things will never be completely right but we’re here to talk and build a pleasurable experience for both players and affiliates.

What deposit processors are you using for US based customers? Silver Oaks website says they have many options available to customers and to contact customer service about them. Why not list the available options on the website?January 22, 2009 at 7:14 pm #793421woutersMemberssd;195045 wrote:Hi Adam,

There were some server reconfigurations revolving around the new site with new domain implementations. I was under the impression that the downtime was going to be minutes and the interruption was
virtually none.If you can PM me any more information that would be VERY helpful and I’ll pop an extra few bucks in your affiliate account at the end of the month or something :wink-wink

- Customer Service
- Player Withdrawal Communication
- The dreaded $1 fee to play Slots
As soon as I got off the phone to you I called a board meeting for that afternoon and we discussed these issues:
Customer Service
Always a P.I.T.A. and we have been trying to train our CSR’s to our specification – the specification being “customer satisfaction” – we realize at times things go awry and we’re working very hard on this.
Player Withdrawal Communication
This needs to be improved. From the point when the player requests a payout we are developing a mechanism to process this as quickly as possible. As some of you know, there are issues with payment processing in this day and age. We’re always working on ways to make this go fast and smoother. At the same time we do recognize that we do need to improve the communication of the payment status. The dreaded $1 fee to play Slots
I’m having this changed to 20c ASAP.Who was it who sang the song, “The road is long… With many a winding curve…” – oh so true!!! I’d like to let you know that “we aint heavy, we’re your brother” lol, that sounds cheesy :roflmao:
We’re here to help – please get in touch and help us improve our service for your players and ours – we’re dedicated to making a great product that players will love and affiliates will make a lot of money from.
March 10, 2009 at 5:42 pm #796834AnonymousInactiveHi Adam,
Can you please let me know what’s happening with the following ‘brands’ / white-labels / skins – whatever you call them as they are going to result in confusion for players and will end up like the dreaded ‘thevirtual’ – I remember asking / suggesting to Gambling Wages YEARS ago about when they started allowing many affiliates to have ‘skins’ for Cool Cat etc and it was ignored until they began getting more complaints than good things (due mainly to confusion over duplicate accounts / which they signed up to at ‘different names of the same casino’ etc.
If they are being kept, then please set up affiliate programs for them ASAP as (for me at least) – you’ve had more than long enough to sort this out (OR at least close those skins and re-direct the traffic to the main ‘Silver Oak’ brand).
These are the latest postings I keep getting at my forum. All of which (if I don’t hear from you – preferably via reply so all get the benefit) will be auto-spammed (including Silver Oak!) in future because I don’t believe that kind of activity is in the best interests of players or affiliates.
ringmaster casino
goldstream casino
luckypalm casino
planet7
royal ace
pharaos gold
cats eye(All of these domains have ‘no affiliate program’ or ‘coming soon’ links) but seems the same ‘codes’ are being used which makes me suspect it’s the same casino – just a different skin.. (and pretty sure it’s the same owners!?)
Thanks
