Just over a week to go so things are getting busy but you can breathe a sigh of relief because in this mail I have included details on the parties!!

Need An Awards Ticket?
As you know we sold out all awards tickets a few weeks ago so if you are one of those many people still on the hunt for a ticket speak to Heaven Affiliates as they are giving 2 seats away! All you have to do is email Tom and Neil with your details to be entered into the draw, its as simple as that – The email is [email protected]
I have also started a thread at CAP for people to post their need for a ticket; you can see this here – This means if someone still has a spot or gets a cancellation they can look here and contact you so its well worth adding your details.

Submit your site to the brand new SEO Surgery
The SEO panel is always one of the most popular panels at CAP Euro so for London we have decided to make it even more interesting and make it an SEO surgery. Very simply, this means the panel of SEO gurus will analyse your site and discuss ways in which you can improve your rankings and other tips that you would normally pay a fortune for.
The panel takes place on 12.00 and 12.45 on Day 1 of CAP Euro (30th Jan) and there is only a limited amount of space for sites to submitted to the surgery so if you would like your site to be included please mail me ASAP on [email protected]

CAP Euro Official Hotel Sold Out
As you may have heard the official hotel and event venue has now sold out for the week which is pretty impressive considering that it is one of the biggest hotels in London with 600 rooms.

Tues 27th January – Breaking The Ice Party
This is the official party of ICEi at Cafe De Paris which you may remember from last years CAP Euro when HollyWood Affiliates hosted their opening party there. Unfortunately the event comes with a price tag but I have to say it is always a great event so well worth it – Further details can be found here

Wed 28th January – Fire & ICE Party
The Fire & ICE party has been around virtually since this industry began going from 60 people at the first event to over 1,800 last year! If you are around I highly recommend you attend this event as the effort that goes in to making this the best party in the year is huge – Details and discussions can be found here

Thurs 29th January – The CAP Awards
Expect to be impressed! We have been planning this for over 6 months and have pulled out the stops to ensure that this is the best event you will have ever been to. With surprises at every turn I fully expect you to be completely “gob smacked” – If you are still after a ticket check out the post at the top of this email.

Sat 31st January – Casino Coins Party
Venue: Sway Bar, 61-65 Great Queen Street near Holborn Station
If there is one thing you can’t miss whilst at CAP it is the Saturday Party. Casino Coins is thrilled to be hosting the closing party and you are all invited.
Simply collect an invitation when you visit Casino Coins at stand 66. Hand your invite and Business card over at the VIP entrance and enter one of the best clubs in London with an open bar from 10pm – 2am.
The party kicks off at 10pm with hourly give-a-ways from 11pm -2am, generously offering you the chance to win the grand prize of an all expenses paid trip to your next CAP Confex and other prizes.

Sun 1st February – The Sunday Session

Sunday Tourism Session
This was massively successful in Barcelona so we are doing it again – Very simply we realised that many of us were flying to these incredible cities and not actually seeing any of it apart from a few bars, clubs and conference hall, so in response to that we set up the tourism session as part of our established “Sunday Session”.
In London the tourism part will be a bus and walking tour of the best sites in London including St Pauls, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Covent Garden and lots more – The buses will depart from the official hotel at 10am and will drop you off at the Sunday Beer Session at 1.30pm. Details will be emailed to all delegates this week.

Sunday Beer Session
As you can see and average CAP Euro is pretty hardcore which makes this part always one of my favourite parties, as it is 100% informal and completely relaxed. The Sunday session is all about sitting back with a pint of proper British beer without the worries of business cards, stands, conference sessions or in fact the time.
Once again we will be overtaking a traditional English pub for a fun packed afternoon with friends and colleagues – We have chosen the George in the Strand this year and I look forward to seeing you there from 1.30pm
