I didn’t receive sub-affiliate money for November and December already. I wrote several times from different emails to [email protected] and [email protected] and still no response. A while ago I wrote to [email protected] with the same problem and some manager responsed to me:
What is the name of your sub affiliate?
What is the sub affiliates site?Sorry for the inconvenience,
Tom
LuckyAcePartners TeamI wrote him back all the details. But now he is not responding. The phone number on the website for support is answered by voice mail and still no response from them. My manager Yoav told me that he is not dealing with payments problems and now he is ignoring me. Manager Shay told me that main manager will contact me with the problem and he didn’t and now Shay is ignoring me as well. I don’t have any canals left to receive my sub-aff money…

Ask please… My account name is bonusface
In my opinion it is much easier to ignore me and don’t pay the $, in any case I’m not making any profit for them…

January 13, 2009 at 3:13 am #792443turbooddsMemberHey mate,
I hope you somehow get this resolved in some way. I am sure Shay can help out.
In all due respect, i am one who advocates fairness between affiliates and affiliate sites.
So i just wanted to offer my 2 cents please.A while back i decided to be an affiliate for Lucky ace. They were being attacked allot back then and had concerns. SO i was cautious.
But i spoke with them professionally and we made an agreement, of which was stated upfront via email. They had promised to deliver payments on time.
I can honestly say, i was always paid in full every single month from Lucky Ace. I never once had any issues, and they paid with no issues.
Recently we negotiated anew structure, and both agreed and everything was communicated well in advance.
I think if you contact Shay he will look after you.
Please keep us all posted on what happens, i am certainly interested and will watch closely.

This issue is handled, ovbviously not here in public.
For the record, I Know specifically of which case is discussed here, and dishonest affiliate marketing is not welcome in LuckyAcePartners, nor in any of the respectful affiliate programs advertised here in CAP.Have a good day & please continue this in private.

I’m not surprised that some things are behind due to the Card Spike drama, but I’m hopeful that things will get back on track as soon as folks mind their business and stop fueling the fire.
January 13, 2009 at 1:52 pm #792470AnonymousInactiveI agree with you Steve. There is not one program out there that has not had atleast one complaint and I think the treatment by a few affiliates here was not fair, but I’m hopeful that Shay will take care of this issue asap.

Thanks for your thoughts. I know they are doing their best to treat all players and affiliates fairly, and in a timely fashion..
Its always important to share both the positives and negatives. This way we can help each other work towards our common goals!!
