Hello Betfair,
Howard has been working with an affiliate manager there without success so now I need to find out where my last few payments from you guys are?
On December 1st we were told that past payments would be paid in December, but I have not heard back. Previously I was told that the October payment was rejected by my bank (which is very odd) and asked to verify my information (which I did) and I’d like to know what is the problem and when I will get my payment?

January 1, 2009 at 6:37 pm #791368MooreFishMemberI have been told that there has been a delay in processing payments because of the implementation of a new “finance system”. And that all unpaid commissions will be paid in January.
I’m not happy with the delay, because GBP is weak now, but I’m happy that I’m doing better and better with them. It seems that their program converts well for me… I couldn’t login all day today as I was getting a “license expired” error message, but now it’s ok.

January 6, 2009 at 2:47 pm #791763frankBPMemberHi Bernadette.
As a general guideline: do we need to submit invoices to receive payment, or not?
January 6, 2009 at 2:57 pm #791764emptyniuMemberBetfair aff I sent you a PM with all the info I have regarding our missing payments. I would appreciate you looking into this as I have been getting the runaround for some time now.

ThanksJanuary 13, 2009 at 1:42 pm #792468emptyniuMemberI am still waiting to hear back from you as to our payments. If its this much of a problem getting small payments to affs I hate to think what would happen if you owed someone a large amount.

Hi Andy
We only require our tax registered affiliates to send in invoices to claim commission.
As a non tax registered affiliate you will automatically be paid in our monthly commission payment run (December commissions due to be paid this week).
Please let us know if you have any queries.
Kind regards

Good Evening
Bernadette has just brought your payment issues to my attention.
Apologies for duplicating things, however could you please email me at [email protected] with all the details regarding payment problems?
The affiliate system shows we have not paid out for November and December commissions (as these are under the minimum payout threshold), however if you did not receive the commissions sent in October I will need to check with our accounts department.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me for any payment or general Betfair queries on the above email address in the future.
Kind regards
Katrina

Hi
You spoken to Kat and its ok now?I’m not sure, but I did discover that Howard was advised via email to place “111111” in the swift code for bank wire and that may have been why all transactions were rejected?
As far as I know US banks do not have swift codes.
Thanks for checking up on this. :hattip:
February 2, 2009 at 1:23 pm #794225buyallngMemberThis issue is now resolved.
It seems the incorrect number under IBAN was causing the payments to continually be returned to us.
We have now rectified this problem and an urgent payment was made to this affiliate on 22 January so the funds should have arrived the next day.Once again – apologies GamTrak for the delay in receiving your payment.
Kind regards
Katrina
