US Player Announcement.

It is with regret that Star Partner announces that we are no longer accepting
new US based players to any of our casinos and poker rooms. Effectively no
new registrations were being allowed as of the 10th November 2008.

We would however like to assure you that we fully intend on furthering
our relationship with you even though we are no longer accepting US players.

Our network provider Microgaming™ made this decision due to the ever
increasing difficulty that they are experiencing in being able to accept US
bets and deposits.

All of our affiliates will continue reaping the rewards on all existing active US
based players, we will allow all existing real registered USA players to continue
to play, place bets, cash out, deposit, receive our full support and are welcome
to take up any availalbe promotions, it’s business as usual over here and we
will do everything possible to keep your existing US players invested in our
casinos by increasing our retention drive and focus.

As from today all flash and progressive play will be blocked for all US players.

This also includes Progressives Jackpots in Viper Downloads; Flash play as Guest.
Play for fun only account in casinos won’t be barred from playing. I hope that
