I see U-ffilites sport the CAP Certified Program logo on their website, but I don’t see them listed on CAP.
Thought I would just let you know that their terms & conditions with regard to commissions are very similar to another program that just recently got the boot from CAP.
Quote:5. Commissions. With respect to the Casino Site and Poker Site the commission scheme for all new Affiliates shall be the following:CASINO AND POKER PROGRESSIVE GROSS REVENUE SHARE SCHEME:
Monthly Number of Money Players:% of Gross Revenue You Receive (From your Money Players’ Casino & Poker Gross Revenue per Calendar Month)010%1 – 525%6 – 2030%21-5035%51+40%Needless to say I have not accepted the terms & conditions.

These are extremely unfair T&Cs. Again with the quotas — WTF?
The number of new depositing players should have NOTHING to do with commission rates.
T&Cs like this are a form of blackmail.

October 15, 2008 at 12:37 pm #782578AnonymousInactiveThanks for clarifying. I’m kind of confused about the lowest tier, though. If you don’t have any real money players in a given month, what could you earn 10% of? 10% of $0 is $0. Maybe I’m missing something, or maybe I just need to make some coffee…
