    Hi Folks!

Today I started to mask all links to online casinos on one of my casino affiliate sites.

Why? Everyone who is at top 3 position in google for my keywords is masking links or uses php redirects.

So far, it’s only a test.

What are you thinking? Anyone here who is cloaking links?

    Cheers, Matt :hattip:

I am doing the same test using php redirect and i can see were people click.

I was surprised to see many come in and leave without clicking anything!!

next step is to better convert the traffic :)

waste of time imo.. do it in future, don’t worry about running around manually changing all the existing links all over your site. If however all your links are generated by a script or whatever, sure- add nofollow.

(I remember Matt Cutts saying that PR sculpting has very limited benefits)

I heared that affiliate links may be considered paid links by google.

For link masking use php, java redirection or add nofollow.
I recommend the former for several reasons.
