I was expecting to get payment this month and I was paid , but 1.000€ short !
Believe me this 1000€ means lot to me and I don’t know what to do.When I contacted aff manager he said:
“Your player commission is on hold until we check your traffic for that period.”
I mean I can’t believe it. This commission is for Avgust and today is 7.October.
So they were waiting for last day to tell me that payout is on hold ?
I am afraid I will never see this moneyWhat can I do ?
1. never work with them again
2. report more about this issue
3. don’t leave until you will get paid.THESE ARE YOUR PLAYERS !

CPA was 160e and we have make a deal that you will pay 80e. I never see that money too.c) I have earned about 1310e in different campaigns for September.
Payout was in October. So I was paid 310e that is 1000e minus.OK I still admit that I am satisfied on working with you. There are many good things with GA such as : Fast payment, lot of different campaigns, support etc.
But these 3 issues took me 3600e in total and all I get is promises.

Regarding point A, could you contact us directly ? In your account, it shows only 2 leads that has been paid for this campaign so how come we have to pay you 900 EUR ?
For point B, same thing, I have almost nothing in your account according the report I receive from Wagershare, so how do you know that 1700 EUR have still to be paid ? When did we agree on the 80 EUR deal ?
Regarding point C, you’re right but sometimes the brands need to double check everything and make sure that the traffic is not fraudulent etc … so we have to put on hold some leads and wait for their final decision. As soon as I get the confirmation, you will be paid for the confirmed leads.
An other point is that, with all our campaigns, proposing incentive, cashback etc … is absolutely forbidden and our clients check everything and DON’T pay for this. We want to bring them a high value trafic and these kind of practices ruin completely this goal.

One of the dangers of media buys and pre-paid CPA deals IMO is that both sides have expectations and finding the middle ground is not always an easy task. I’m surprised in this day and age that CPA is still around to be honest as it must be more of a pain to manage because of this expectations thing.
It also provides incentive to the less ethical webmasters (not suggesting for a moment that’s the case here) to conduct spam campaigns, dodgy SEO practices and the like which all helps to give the industry a bad name.
