In all fairness, I have not yet hit the $200.00 min payment (in over a year now)
My problem with CC is that somedays my commission report shows $140.00 owed and other days shows $0.00
I have sent a mssg to them for explanation….
still waiting for a reply.I have stoped all promos until further notice.
I had $170 slowly built up till about the 21st or so now – $330 – when I went to see when a player won it to make it go negative – it turned out it was -$222 right from the 1st of the month – (it showed the -$222 everday day for the rest of the month) which can’t be as I checked everyday and saw it built up for 3 weeks up to $170 – however it went negative another $100 today but I see a big part of the this sum or at least half is when I pass my mouse over the link (Promotion) it says (any comp given to a player by the house) since when is the affiliate being charged for the house comp as a loss to us? – otherwise the negative amount showing would only be half of what it is showing now. However has something has happened with the new system? anyone else having any problem? e-mailed Nick 3 times with no luck, even used the form on the site. Is he out of town? as this will be the second month with no $$ but sending triple the visitors finally.

Last month earnings.
I was earning every day.. on the 30th in the morning I checked once more and I was up over $1,200.
I logged in on the 1st of October to see that I had $94 in earnings.
I find it REALLY odd that earnings were over a grand all month, then, suddenly.. the last day I have $94 bucks!
Today I log in and it says that Septembers earnings aren’t $1200, they aren’t $94, they are now actually $162 ????

Earnings 162.81First, why are promotions so high, and why does it look like I’m paying the price for the promotions?
Second, where did my earnings of $1200+ go?
Third, why on the 1st and 2nd of October did my earnings say $94, now today they say $162?Just confused and a little ticked that there are such discrepancies on the last day of the month… not to mention almost every day I log in, the amounts go up and down, up and down.

as I mentioned, last month because I wanted to know what I might earn to pay my hosting fees and the fact the month before last I lost all my earnings just 2 days or so before the end of the month I checked everyday as my earnings rose to $170 – since I still was showing a few minus dollars over from the last month I even e-mailed Nick about it (since, I have e-mailed 3 times and used the form twice on the site with no response from anyone?) right after that my earnings dropped to a high of -$330 – so when I went to see on what date a player won some money it turns out it is a -$221 from the very 1st day of last month so don’t see how I could slowly win up to $170 all month long and then lose it all at the end of the month like that – I should be able to get to a certain date and know a player won on that date – right know is not the time not earn anything for 2 months – I also didn’t know we would be charged for the bonuses to players as a loss? That can put you in the negative in a hurry.
I can’t even log in any more since Sept 30th. You can log in?

I tried to reset my pw but never received the email.Just logged in for you – no problem so something else at your end.
However after 3 e-mails and sent 2 more using the form no one has replied in 11 days now.

I figured it might be my end, but i deleted the cookie and also tried FF.
thanksI’m having all the same problems as you guys.
Deposits just don’t appear to happen any more and when there is a change on my earnings it is now always a negative one. There is negative carry-over and I am having cash taken away for promotions given by the company
Is it best simply to remove all banners and promote someone else until the day they manage to sort it out?
I am still waiting for a reply to the messages sent via PMs and emails concerning the same thing. (I hate to post here about this kinda stuff, but it’s been a couple of weeks already).
I haven’t a clue where I stand. I went from a positive balance, to 0, to negative and back to 0 now.
