WTS autopilot 200-250$ revenue poker rakeback site

Hey all,
Lots of people have been trying to buy websites lately so I’m going to list one. It isn’t an A list website but people starting out could be interested. The website has been on autopilot, generating ~250$/month revenue. Because it’s on auto-pilot and revenue will go back up on its own in the next couple of months, I’m in no urge to sell.

It’s a rakeback website I bought a couple months ago but never got around to updating. The website in itself isn’t that interesting but the affiliate account goes with it.

Traffic: Assume minimal traffic. What’s mostly interesting is the affiliate account and possibility to re-establish the website.

Content: Content is minimal.

Revenue: Average affiliation revenue over 10 months = 175$/month + 80$/month link sales. All links are currently expired. The average should be higher but the people haven’t played much this summer. April=300, may=215, june=100, july=100, august=175

Most of the revenue comes from a guy that rakes 2-4k per month consistently. He raked 2.4k this august, earning the website 160$. I expect the main horses on this account to rake more in the next few months.

PR: The website hasn’t been worked on in months, so the website doesn’t have a rating. It’s “normal” PR is a 4. It’s a 7 years old domain with a decent amount of links. SEOMoz isn’t working for me right now, but you can view most of the info at this link: SiteRank
