    Best way is Quicktender/UseMyWallet at this point in time..

    I know there are also programs out there using Affiliate Speed Pay so you may want to look into that too.. Lou will be able to give you the info on that.

    QuickTender, ewalletXpress and I hear Speedpay is a good program which I am already looking into.
