    Since the change profets have fallen sharply, Tracking does not work for Wild vegas and Cirrus UK.. Communication is awful..

    on MSN messenger I send stuff to Vanessa and Elizibeth (my new manger) and I get 0 response.

    clock is ticking real fast now

    Hello AllFreeChips,

    I sent you an email this morning after you obviously weren’t receiving my messages on chat, and I have not received a response from you. Wild Vegas has been working fine to my knowledge but I will have the programmers take a look at it. Also, Cirrus UK is having some major software conflicts and we are not even able to sign up new affiliates for that program because of this. That is a much bigger problem though and is being worked on.

    As far as our chats, I don’t know why it wasn’t working, it works with all of the other affiliates (as far as I know).

    I apologize for the mix up but I am here and more than willing to help you. Shoot me an email at [email protected] and I will respond within an hour or two.

    I’ve severely minimized my promotion of Gambling Wages and they have until the 6th to clear up a player issue of mine as well as my affiliate issues. Otherwise, I will be doing a complete removal of all GW clients.

    The “new” team is simply to new to put any trust into and they are not starting out on the right foot. I felt comfortable with Nicolas there and Natalie before him to allow late payments and minimal communication to slide periodically because I knew that we’d be taken care of. I just don’t feel the same way about the new recruits.

    Unless the new team cleans things up quickly, it’s time for me to pull the plug. If I am forced to remove all of the GW clients, they won’t be going back up.

    It’s the same for me, I’m still waiting payment for the month of June for Gambling Wages, Prism and Vip Lounge, and each message I am told to wait. I have asked for a date, I can not get an answer.

    I am waiting for a year old payment….(I will state this was only finalized shortly after Marty joined their team – but now with him gone?)

    I know that many others have been waiting for payments also.

    Like many others, I also felt more comfortable with a few others that had been in the affiliate manager positions….

    I have been told numerous times that my issue would be taken care of, but I should have only had to hear that one time….and then it should have been taken care of….but I am still waiting.

    Brad, Robert is working on clearing up all issues, and has asked anyone with problems to please contact him so he can try to fix any outstanding issues.

    Marty knew about my issue and was actually quite shocked that it hadn’t been taken care of once it was pointed out.

    Robert was already aware of my issue, and in fact Robert called me shortly after Marty had gone through my stats and we had come to an agreement of the amount owed to me.(I don’t recall when that was but it was over the last 3 or 4 weeks)

    I also had been in touch with Elizabeth, and she also promised my payment would be made. (of course that was 3 weeks ago….so I guess I am expected to wait a few more weeks before I start the whole process over again)

    I understand you claim you are working hard to clear up past issues….but most of the past issues are payments that have not been made for many months ago….(or in my case stems from over a year ago)…

    If Gambling Wages wanted to fix all these past issues….all they have to do is PAY PEOPLE!….not amounts that are not owed to people….but what YOUR STATS show is owed.

    With Techwoman’s permission and by her request, I am posting about her Gambling Wages issue.

    In fact, my original agreement with Marty was that I was more concerned that she be paid than myself. (I have since changed my thoughts on this slightly)

    Meri is owed for May, June (and of course now July…but when this started it was only May and June)

    Well, she finally got a smal check for partial payment and it covered the amount owed to her for June, but she is stilled owed for May and July.

    Well, yesterday we find out from the bank that the check that was sent has bounced!! So not only is she out the money, but there are now additional bounced check charges on top of missing payments.

    Marty, Vanessa and Elizabeth were all aware of this past issue.

    At this point, partial payments just don’t cut it, and in my opinion these issues need to be cleared up….BOTH hers and mine!
