I have a balance in my account (generated by players referred to Intercasino UK).

I have registered my UK debit card and attempted to withdraw the funds to it, only to be given this message:

“Unable to process withdrawal to card. Please use other method.”

Please advise why I cannot withdraw to the card.

    Thanks.

OK. To withdraw to a card, I apparently have to actually DEPOSIT first from it – which sounds pretty ridiculous to me as I’m not a player and have no intention of depositing. Something of an ancient system, that.

Guess it’s a cheque then. More postage costs. More paper used. More work involved. And it’s 2008.

    Hi FictionNet,

You can use the wire transfer payment option to withdraw your funds.

ECash Direct is pleased to offer wire transfer as a method of withdrawal. Simply follow easy steps described here and ECash Direct will wire the funds directly to your bank account. No more waiting for cheques in the mail.

Once you send them your bank details it will be added to your records of your partnerLogic/Ecash account. Then, everytime you want to withdraw, simply press the button in your cashier and your funds will hit your bank account within 3-5 business days.

Ah and before I forget: there is no additional fee for an affiliate withdrawing by wire. This is 100% free!

    I hope this helps!

Well, I’ve already processed cheque this time. I’ll try wire next time.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

you can still request a WT instead of check

apparently thats the mechanism in ecash for getting WT. request a check w/d, then mail support and ask for it to be sent by wire…that’s how i get my commissions.

Wire transfer is great :) you receive the money in a few days, the quickest payment affiliate I have come across.
