I have sent two emails this week concerning due payment and received no response so far. I never had payment problems with them before.
Yeah they fell off the planet quite a while ago.. I removed thier stuff as I didnt even get a response if they were still running some properties last year.
I emailed them about 4 months ago — no response. :sarcasm:

Nobody checks TridentShare emails these days. Your ReferBack account manager should be able to help you. At least that’s how I got my payments/reporting problems sorted out.

When Micki sold up to Carmen it went very quiet on the TS front. Then they dropped the multiplayer, then the Japanese, then TS casino itself and now they’ve just stuck with Neptunes. I can only think they bought them for the existing player database :sarcasm: But to be fair I’ve still received prompt payments on the 15th as before.
